Vodafone's Poor Signal and Internet Issues

Hello, I switched from Türk Telekom to Vodafone a long time ago. But my phone has no signal at all, and I can't get on the Internet. I have no internet speed where I work, in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. Even downloading a simple image from WhatsApp takes a long 2 minutes. I never had problems like that with Türk Telekom. Even in the middle of the city and in the bazaars, I can't get calls. I have to end the call and try again. You are very good at getting money or advertising, but where is the quality? The lack of service can't be made up for by raising prices. I need to cancel my subscription right away without having to pay any fees.
