Fed Up with Vodafone's Network Issues


I've been a Vodafone user for quite some time, but at this rate, I'll be switching to t***. In the area where I live, in the Cayeli district of Rize, we're facing network problems. I work at Musadağı Caykur tea factory. Myself and my fellow Vodafone users are dealing with network issues. No signal, no internet connection. Our calls get dropped midway. It's the year 2023, yet unfortunately, we're still struggling with network problems. This issue isn't limited to just our workplace; it's a general network problem in Cayeli, including the town center. I've contacted customer service twice, and so have my colleagues, to report this problem and create records, but no solution has been provided. They're taking a fortune from us, but the quality of service we're getting in return is a complete disaster. Bad internet, bad network, bad provider. We're waiting for our plans to expire, and the moment they do, we're switching to a better provider. Vodafone is regrettable. What a shame. You're charging us a fortune, yet your services are a disappointment. Poor internet, poor network – you're a lousy provider...
