Vodafone Giving False Information
I bought a line from Vodafone. Just before purchasing the line, I met with the customer service Vodafone expert team twice and asked if I could switch to the postpaid Red Pass 15 GB social package before purchasing a new Vodafone line. They told me to get the line and call us after a month, and let's get you through it. When I called them one month after purchasing, they told me that I could not switch to such a package. If this is not false information and misleading information, what is it? I filed a complaint, and it's been over two weeks, and they haven't even responded. A corporate company victimizing a customer in order to take their money, and not taking any action to correct it, damages its image. They literally deliberately misled me.
