When I asked why I wasn't informed 2 months in advance if my commitment was over, he made a snide remark. Fortunately, in the new tariff, since he said that you can already leave within 3 months without a withdrawal fee, I accepted 145 TL instead of 200 TL, thinking that I would examine other operators at that time. When I examine it today, I see that I registered with Vodafone in February 2023, that is, I was deceived by saying that the first 13-month period of your tariff was over when it was only 6 months old and I was switched to a higher priced tariff. I want you to switch me to my old discounted tariff immediately and contact me. We will have very serious problems Vodafone. This is unbelievable. Attached are the documents.
