Vodafone Overcharged Me for Apple Store Purchases - Refuses to Refund
My Vodafone bill has been over ₺2,000 every month for the past six months, even though it should be around ₺500. Every month, either Vodafone or Apple charges me the wrong amount, and it feels like I can't get out of this loop. I've been trying to fix this problem for hours, but I keep getting the runaround. Vodafone tells me I made purchases through the App Store when I call them. However, when I call Apple, they say they don't see any sales. I need this problem to be fixed right away, and I want my money back for the extra fees that have been taken from me over the last six months. Anyhow, if this doesn't get resolved, I will have to go to court to fight for my rights.
