Regardless of The Automatic Payment, Vodafone Charged Twice for The Same Bill

I have an automatic payment instruction for my Vodafone bill. However, even though the automatic payment instruction was in place, it appeared that my bill for October wasn't paid. So, I paid it separately using my number. Later, we realized that they had also deducted the money through the automatic payment instruction. This means we ended up paying a total of ₺571 twice. When we contacted Vodafone customer service about this, they assured us that the next month's bill would automatically deduct the paid ₺571, and we wouldn't need to make any additional payments. However, this didn't happen, and our November bill wasn't adjusted for this amount. We paid the November bill separately again. They didn't provide any support throughout this process, and there was no refund. Now, we can't find anyone who can help us with this issue. It's hard to comprehend why a big company like Vodafone would be so poor in customer service. This issue continued with the bill on December 6th. We urgently need someone to reach out to us. How long will this continue?
