Vodafone Overcharged: Double Billing for Monthly Phone Installments

In September, I purchased a new phone from Vodafone for 12 installments at 1280 TL per month, totaling 15,360 TL. Although the first installment should have been in October, they charged me for two installments in October: 1,512.60 TL on October 23 and 1,310.20 TL on October 30. When I contacted customer service, they claimed it was due to me changing the invoice payment date. However, I am paying for the phone in 11 installments. Not only are they trying to charge me twice for my monthly contract fee of 115 TL, but they also want to bill me for two installments of the phone purchased in 12 installments in October. I strongly reject this practice. I bought the phone with a 12-month installment plan, and I demand correction for billing me twice for phone installments within a month. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue legal action to assert my rights.
