Vodafone Does Not Fix Network And Internet Problem... ...

It's been approximately three months, and the network and internet problems in my residential district remain unresolved. Despite this, I continue to pay my bills as usual. Whenever I contact Vodafone authorities, they claim to have opened a case, but the issues persist without any resolution. It's frustrating that they provide no follow-up, and we can't find a single point of contact willing to assist us and address our grievances. I have not encountered any other organization that performs as poorly as Vodafone in addressing customer concerns and delivering effective solutions. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is disheartening, and I hope to see a resolution to these issues soon.
