Vodafone's Ignored Issues, Lack of Solutions, Two Weeks of Struggle

Vodafone is dropping the ball when it comes to addressing complaints. Instead of finding solutions and making things right, they just brush them off and ignore customers. It's really not cool – they should be stepping up, offering solutions, and compensating for the problems. But no, all they do is stall. This lack of action is far from good. There's no intention to compensate or prioritize customer satisfaction. It shouldn't be like this. I've been dealing with this mess for two weeks now.
