The Vodafone app prompted me to visit the store for assistance with my account. However, the customer service at this store was appalling. The manager ignored me and attended to someone else. Furthermore, he gossiped about me to other employees while pointing at me. There was a language barrier, and the store employee assigned to me used Google Translate but never responded to my questions. They instructed me to wait for an English speaker for an hour, but no one came. Additionally, the manager yelled at me, insisting that Vodafone's problem was mine, not his. This was the rudest encounter I've had with a customer service representative.
