Vodafone Corporate Line Return Issue

We bought two corporate lines online. One was stolen, necessitating closure, and the other was closed due to insufficient documentation. We've been calling Vodafone customer service for 10 days without success, and no Vodafone store we've visited has a solution, despite the fact that they informed us of the missing paperwork via SMS (which we missed because the phone was at work). We got one line open and are now looking for the other, but no one is responding. Nonetheless, a 2 TL commitment fee appeared on my phone bill. Why is this fee being levied? Is Vodafone number 7001369446 decommissioned? For the past two weeks, we have been unable to locate assistance for this minor problem. We're tired and want to get this over with. This is such a careless company. We've been using Türk Telekom Prime for years and have never had such problems at work. Nobody is present. We send an email, but no one responds.
