Problems with Vodafone's Transferred Line and Customer Service
I transferred my Vodafone line, and I was told within 10 minutes that it would be registered in the new person's name. Instead, the line simply disconnected. It's been 24 hours and it's still not working. When I call, I get an automated message that says, "This number does not exist." There is no way to file a complaint or request service. Vodafone claims we reported the problem at the Vodafone Istanbul Göktürk Store, but no action has been taken. Who can we turn to for assistance? We are unable to even report the issue. The website requires a phone number and password, but we can't receive SMS or request a password reset because the number isn't active. Such incompetence is unfathomable in this day and age. I have three Vodafone lines, and they are making me unhappy. How can we contact technical support? When you call, you will be greeted by a virtual assistant who will misinterpret your request. It's as if Vodafone is making fun of us.
