Strange Billing Practices at Vodafone

We've been using four Vodafone corporate lines for our business since 2015. We signed a new contract on August 14, 2023, but by September 5, the commitments for these lines were canceled. On September 6th, they sent a crazy bill of 2,820 TL for the four lines that weren't subscribed to. We paid the bills, and they said they would refund us the extra money because of a technical problem (they gave us the wrong bank account number). But then they said they had a file for the enforcement case, but when we talked to a lawyer, we couldn't find it. Now they are "looking into it," and they promise to give us an update. Meanwhile, they sent us a bill for 2,300 TL for the four new phone lines, and they're not letting us keep our old numbers or sign a new contract. We're really confused by Vodafone's unfair billing practices. We need help from Vodafone.
