On 10 June at 19:24 I deposited a 50 voucher into my 1win account using a voucher code. Since then, the deposit has not reflected in my balance and the status is only showing as “pending” so I have been unable to play. I contacted your customer support, but they told me they do not know what is happening and that I should wait for 2 hours. Despite this, my balance is still not updated and the situation is very frustrating because my money is stuck and I cannot use it. I request that you urgently investigate this pending voucher deposit and immediately credit the 50 to my 1win account balance so that I can play without further delay.
