1win Withdrawal Pending for Six Months With No Resolution

I am a 1win user from Senegal and I play through the main site. My experience with this platform confirms the systematic withdrawal problems that many African users are facing and shows how little respect 1win has for its customers. In January, I requested a withdrawal of 300,000 XOF associated with payment reference 4169*** from my 1win account with user ID 315854***. Since then, this withdrawal has remained pending for six months without any proper resolution. Deposits on the platform are processed instantly, but when it comes to withdrawals, the process becomes an endless wait with no transparency. I have contacted 1win customer support several times about this specific withdrawal and only received generic, copy‑paste responses such as being told to wait or that there is an overload, without any concrete solution or real explanation. During all this time, my legitimately won funds have been blocked, while the platform continues to accept new deposits from users without any delay. This situation shows a serious lack of reliability and respect towards players, especially in Africa where trust in digital finance is fragile and every franc is important. A betting platform that cannot or will not honor withdrawals within a reasonable time does not deserve the trust or the large audience it is trying to build. Because of this, I consider 1win’s behavior to be unacceptable and harmful to users. My clear expectation is that strong action be taken against 1win, up to and including the closure or shutdown of their site so that they can no longer continue operating in this way and putting more players at risk.
