Vodafone Charged Me for 500 MB While Ignoring My 50 GB Package

I am using Vodafone’s All Inclusive Passport service while abroad, but since the internet in my plan was not enough, I purchased an additional 50 GB package. However, instead of using this 50 GB, Vodafone’s All Inclusive Passport ignored it and charged me ₺200 for a 500 MB package as if I had no internet at all. This unfair situation led to extra costs even though I had already paid for additional data. I kindly request that the usage priority be corrected immediately.
