Vodafone Overcharge Scandal: Unwanted Package Adds 65 TL to My Bill


When I called Vodafone, they told me that I had been overcharged. Despite the fact that I had not requested it, I was sent a text message about an additional package. They applied this plan, even though I still had 176MB of internet left, which resulted in an overcharge of 65 TL being added to my bill of 100 TL, which necessitated an additional payment. I demand that this error be rectified immediately. If the issue is not resolved, I will take my complaint to the next level and make sure that everyone in my inner circle, including my family and friends, switches from Vodafone, including myself.
