Vodafone All Inclusive Passport Data Plan Problem
I visited Egypt from October 24, 2023, to October 29, 2023. Before departing, I disabled international usage to avoid any unexpected charges. On the second day of my trip, October 25, 2023, despite not receiving any confirmation message, not texting 'Yes,' or requesting any additional package, Vodafone installed a 280TL package named "All Inclusive Passport" on my line, stating I could use my existing package rights. Surprisingly, they charged this fee daily, and the notification SMS arrived after my return to Turkey. This action is deliberately misleading and is not an isolated incident. I have faced similar issues with Vodafone. I kindly request a refund regarding this matter.
