Vodafone Charged Unfairly for Extra International Usage Fees

I used Vodafone abroad within the scope of the Vodafone all-inclusive passport package. Although I had approximately 7 GB of internet, an additional fee of approximately 510 TL was charged as an overage package in addition to the international usage package amount. I contacted customer service and they said they would take care of the problem. But no one called or asked. I could not get any information when I called. Vodafone is a regret.
