Vodafone Cash Wrong Transfer - Money Sent To Wrong Number

I am a Vodafone Cash customer using the wallet inside the Ana Vodafone application, and I am writing to report an incorrect transfer and request a refund of the amount. My Vodafone Cash number is 01158591***. On 18 March 2026, I accidentally transferred balance twice to a wrong number through the Vodafone Cash wallet in the app. The first transaction was for 33 EGP at 10:23 p.m., and the second transaction was for 33 EGP at 10:24 p.m., both to the number 01155918***. Inside the application, both operations appear with the status “successful”, even though they were made by mistake and the receiving number is not the correct person I intended to send money to. The total amount that left my wallet by mistake is 66 EGP. I tried to solve the problem on my own but I could not reach Vodafone customer service to explain the situation and request help, so I am submitting this complaint here. I kindly request that the mistaken transfers be reviewed and that the total amount of 66 EGP be refunded to my Vodafone Cash wallet number 01158591***, or that the necessary action be taken to reverse these two transactions if possible. I ask that the matter be handled as soon as possible because this amount was deducted from my balance in error, and I hope to receive a clear response regarding the status of my request and what can be done to recover my money.
