On July 19, 2023, an automatic charge of "74 TL" was deducted from my Worldcard digital card with the last four digits "4912 0550 xxx 1778" for the Simple X Small package associated with my registered mobile number: 0530 xxx 29 19. Despite being informed that the Simple package would be discontinued and that I would be moved to the Easy package, I made a duplicate payment of "74 TL" for the Simple Easy Small package on July 23rd, 2023. On the same day, I reached an agreement with Vodafone customer service representative Ms. S** and was assured that the duplicate payment would be refunded to my credit card within three days. No such refund has been made as of the time of sending this email, and the bank slips for the payments have been provided as proof. As per customer satisfaction and quality standards, I request an immediate investigation and refund of the "74 TL" that was incorrectly charged.

Despite Vodafone being a highly reputed international brand, I find that the employees of Vodafone do not exhibit a solution-oriented approach that aligns with its brand value. It has been 3 to 5 days since I submitted my application, yet no authorized personnel or staff has contacted me. Does this company lack responsible individuals, those in charge, or competent personnel capable of providing solutions? Ultimately, this application was made not just for the amount I will be reimbursed, but as a matter of principle, driven by my self-respect. By not reimbursing this amount, Vodafone will not enhance its brand value or respect towards people. On the contrary, it will cause significant harm to its image and brand. The fact that Vodafone officials cannot see this is truly disheartening. Being solution-oriented in cases where individuals are justified in their complaints shouldn't be that difficult. There is a multitude of complaints and negative comments about Vodafone on the internet and platforms like "şikayetvar.com." This matter should be brought to the attention of Vodafone's top management. Alp
