Vodafone Customer Relations Need Better Care, Services Not Offered

I purchased a 1-day package to benefit from my package usage rights abroad using the Vodafone application. The package was offered by the Vodafone application in accordance with the tariff I use. However, when I went abroad, I could not make any calls or use the internet service. Although there was no problem with the phone settings, I could not benefit from the service we purchased. Although I contacted Vodafone customer representatives 3-4 times on the same day and opened a complaint record, I did not get any results. I think the problem was caused by the SIMPLE tariff I was using because the company had started to suspend its services as it planned to terminate the relevant package at that time. However, while I was on the relevant tariff, it sold a package suitable for the tariff I was using. However, Vodafone Telekomünikasyon a.s. did not offer me the service it sold. Although I have repeatedly registered with the company on the same day, I have not received any results. Despite my victimization during the process, I have not received any results for 1 month, although I have requested a refund of the fee that was not offered to me and taken from me to my credit card. I am not satisfied with the customer relations management of the company.
