Vodafone Charges for Unused Service Abroad
When I was overseas, Vodafone Turkey billed me 209 TL for my phone service, even though I didn't use it at all. I totally disagree with this accusation. Even though they had helped others in the same situation before, the customer service representative didn't help or support me at all. The phone bill for a phone that was shut off doesn't make any sense. I need this issue fixed right away and I've also asked to cancel my line. If this isn't resolved today, I'm going to take it up with the Consumer Rights Association.
