Vodafone Turkey Users Seek Refund for Unauthorized International Internet Charges

I am a Vodafone Turkey customer who uses the Red 18 Tariff. Unbeknownst to me, they added an international internet usage package to my line while I was away. This package was activated three times in one hour and was subsequently charged to my account. I'm not requesting a refund for the first activation but for the subsequent two. Despite my best efforts, these charges were not successfully canceled, and they appeared on my invoice. I accept no responsibility for these two additional charges and am requesting a refund. This problem has been ongoing for over two months and has yet to be resolved.
