On December 31, 2023, at 11:53 PM, I experienced unauthorized mobile payment deductions through my Vodafone® operator for Tencent Games Turkey® (PUBG Mobile). Two charges were made and reflected in my bill. I have no app or membership associated with this game on my phone. I request a refund for this expenditure, not initiated by me, and kindly ask for prompt resolution. The phone number associated with the deduction is 5306****27.
