Without my knowledge that my mobile payment is open, 2574.95 TL was paid from my mobile payment, although I contacted customer service, it says that we cannot take any action. Money was deducted from PUBG mobile even though I did not do it myself. If this money is not canceled, I will sue. In addition, overage and overseas usage were overcharged. Although there were minutes left from last month, it was reflected in the invoice even though I did not make any transactions related to minute overage and abroad. I object to all of these, and customer service is not interested. I am disabled and I benefit from the disabled discount on my line, although I cannot afford to pay this. If it is not canceled, I will sue.
