Vodafone Data Plan Discount Fiasco

I am a Vodafone Red customer with the phone number 535 *******47. As seen in the attached screenshot, I received an SMS from Vodafone on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 3:15 PM, stating, 'To compensate for connection-related issues, a discount of 30 TL will be applied to my first bill, which is due in August.' However, no such deduction was shown on my bill generated on August 15th. To make matters worse, I received another SMS today stating, 'Your 30 TL Bill Discount ended on 20.08.2023.' What discount did you use, and why are you discontinuing it? I request you to call me and keep your promise to apply the promised 30 TL discount to my first bill without further delay or excuses.
