Beware of Vodafone's Deceptive Pricing

As a long-time Vodafone customer, I was taken aback when my bill jumped from 65 tl to 200 tl as soon as my contract expired. Calling customer service proved futile; not only did they fail to assist me, but they also pushed more expensive plans. Vodafone's actions are nothing more than opportunistic. Over the years, I have overlooked numerous issues, including network issues that have persisted for months. However, their recent pricing strategy has prompted me to think about switching providers. Vodafone has gone off the rails; their customer service is non-existent, and their prices have skyrocketed. I'd rather switch to Turkcell for better service than pay 200 tl for a subpar network. If they continue on this path, they will lose more customers.
