Struggle Against Vodafone's Inaction and Unfair Fees
I'm fed up with Vodafone's inaction and poor customer service. My phone was stolen, but my SIM card remained active. I called to cancel it, but they refused. So I went to a Vodafone store and canceled it. They later called and demanded an exorbitant termination fee. They offered to reactivate my phone line, and I reluctantly agreed. They sent me a new SIM card, but it was inoperable. When I returned to the store, they advised me to contact customer service. It felt like a never-ending game of ping-pong to me. I told them to cancel it again, and they assured me that it had been completed. However, it turned out that my line was restricted. I've been paying bills for no reason for months. My bills have already exceeded the termination fee they mentioned. I attempted to contact customer service again today, and it took at least an hour to connect. They abruptly ended the call after telling me to call back during billing cycles. It's as if they're playing with people. They have everything documented, and I'm completely frustrated. I'm pleading with them to discontinue this service.
