I Want a Replacement for My Faulty Samsung A16 Phone

These problems have seriously affected my ability to use the phone for everyday tasks. I requested a replacement from Ouno Dijital İletişim Anonim Şirketi, which sent the device, but they responded by citing the 14-day legal return period. Despite this, I am still facing serious functional problems, and I am requesting a replacement for my phone.
