Dropped Calls and Poor Data at Vodafone

On May 10, 2023, I changed my phone number to +90542718****. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of regrets since then. I've had a number of issues since transferring my line, including poor reception, poor mobile data quality, and frequent dropped voice calls. My mobile data has been virtually unusable for the past 1.5 months in particular. They can even disconnect during critical phone calls. Despite the fact that I work, live, and commute in central Istanbul, these issues persist. I've exhausted all options, including the call center, customer service representatives, SMEs, and the Vodafone Yanimda application. Unfortunately, their proposed solutions do not provide a significant improvement. They are not keeping their promises, and when I mention terminating my contract, they threaten me with withdrawal fees. However, I am adamant about canceling my subscription without paying these fees. It's disheartening to deal with a company that makes promises and then demands more money without following through on those promises. I strongly advise against using Vodafone's services, especially given their 4.5G issues at a time when 5G should be on the rise. I'm hoping to find a viable solution soon.
