Unresolved Vodafone Refund Issue


I made a 3000 TL prepayment and purchased a Samsung A54 model device from the Eskişehir Espark branch on June 29, 2023. I later decided, however, to return the device. They promised to complete the refund process within 10 business days. Despite the fact that I repeatedly contacted Vodafone about my complaint and was told they would call me back, they closed my complaint by falsely claiming that I rejected their calls. In reality, I call their customer service ten times a day to inquire about the status of my refund. How can they expect me to reject their calls when I'm working hard to resolve the problem? It makes no sense! Both the prepayment amounts and my inquiries are shown in the records below. Despite this, they have yet to refund my 3000 TL prepayment, despite the fact that it has been 20 days since they promised to do so within 10 business days. I demand a refund and compensation for the losses incurred as a result of this ordeal.
