Fraudulent Billing by Vodafone


Hello there, Vodafone. I inadvertently clicked on "3 GB Hunt" in the Vodafone Yanmda app, and they charged me 96 TL directly to my bill. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't cancel it and suggested I download the app "Art Mobil." We use touch-screen phones, and it is illegal to deduct money from our accounts without our permission every time we touch the screen. I'd like to cancel the subscription and receive a refund for the money deducted this month. This whole situation with Vodafone Yanmda and Art Mobil has made me doubt the system's security. It's infuriating when a simple click results in a large bill. Vodafone must address these unauthorized charges as soon as possible and make it simple for customers to cancel such subscriptions.
