Unwanted Charges on Vodafone Bill

I attempted to download the "algidailekazan.com" app as a Vodafone customer when I received an SMS confirming payment! I have no idea what this payment is for; there is no explanation or information. I need it canceled immediately. Customer service is unresponsive, with a perplexing automated voice that ignores everything I say. I demand that this unauthorized transaction be investigated immediately and canceled. If this is not resolved, I will report it as a fraudulent charge and escalate my complaints to the appropriate authorities. Please keep in mind that I never authorized any payment, and I anticipate a quick resolution to this matter. Vodafone must accept responsibility and ensure that its customers are protected from such enigmatic charges.
