Unauthorized Charges in My Vodafone Bill

I discovered unauthorized deductions from my bill for the month of July when I checked the details of the bill using the Vodafone Yanmda app. The charges were listed as "C Mop Sigorta" and were for mobile payments. There was never any confirmation sent to my phone via SMS, and I never gave my permission for these payments. Without my permission, they deducted 46 Turkish Lira from my account to cover the cost of my C Mop membership. Please immediately cancel my membership in C Mop and return the 46 Turkish Lira that I paid for it. In the event that the refund is not processed, I will think about switching to a different provider.
