Vodafone Commits GDPR Violations

I am the legal owner of the line 05447943***. Vodafone is failing to protect my personal data; they are processing my personal information without my consent. Whenever I raise this issue during calls, the representatives avoid addressing it. I've already decided to file a complaint with the relevant government authorities. However, today, when I checked Vodafone Yanımda (My Vodafone), I noticed that everything I downloaded from the Apple Store seemed fine. Strangely, when I logged in from Google, there was a transaction under the name of Vodafone Yanımda (personal data processing), and there were 6 representative contacts related to this issue. I spoke to 3 of them, while 3 others muted themselves, and the remaining 2 were constantly shifting around, providing incoherent answers, and failing to address my questions. I never received a proper response. I will initiate a legal process against these transactions conducted without my consent. When I inquired about a tariff change, I was told that I had initiated the transaction. Where did I do this? Do you have any evidence or proof? The response I received was that no evidence was needed, which is simply unacceptable, my friend.
