Thank You Vodafone For Cheating On People

I received a call from Vodafone customer service where they asked if I approved an additional 100 TL on my regular invoice. I agreed, but after the call ended, I received a message stating that my invoice had been increased to 300 TL. I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me they would resolve the issue. However, I also mentioned that my agreed tariff was 150 TL, yet they were deducting 180 TL each month. I requested they address this discrepancy as well. The representative, Şeyma, mentioned that it would remain at 180 TL and didn't take my concerns seriously. Despite my complaint being documented, he brushed it off, stating it wasn't his concern and that he only called to confirm the return date to the old tariff. I'm now actively searching for another provider, like Turkcell, as soon as my contract with Vodafone ends. I'm fed up with their lack of transparency and customer service. They've lost me as a customer, and I won't be making any more purchases or commitments with them. Thank you, Vodafone, for losing another customer.
