I have been playing Free Fire on my Vivo Y200 device for a long time and my account was suspended about 3 months ago. I had spent around 7 lakh rupees in total on this account for in‑game purchases and items, and I had built it up with a lot of time and effort. My account was suddenly suspended and I was not given any clear reason or explanation regarding the suspension. When I try to access my account now, I cannot log in and I do not receive any proper message that explains why this action was taken. Until now I have not been able to get any support or answer, and I have not contacted customer service before this complaint. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be thoroughly reviewed, and if possible, that my account be unsuspended and fully restored with all my previous purchases and progress. If that is not possible, I request a refund of the approximately 7 lakh rupees I have spent on this account, because losing both the account and the money without a clear reason is very unfair to me. I ask you to investigate this situation and provide a clear and fair solution as soon as possible.
