I Can’t Access Akbank 6-Month No-Interest Option While Buying Vivo Y36 as Promised

I was planning to buy the Vivo Y36 through the official website, and before placing my order, I specifically contacted customer service to confirm payment options. I was told that the Akbank 6-month zero-interest installment plan would appear during checkout. Based on this information, I proceeded to purchase the phone.

However, no matter what I tried—different browsers, different devices, multiple attempts—the Akbank payment option never showed up during the payment process. I contacted customer service again, hoping for a solution, but they were absolutely no help. They just repeated the same instructions without offering any real support or fixing the issue. I feel misled and deeply disappointed.

Now the campaign is about to expire, and I still haven’t been able to use the financing option that was clearly promised. This isn't just a technical error—this is false advertising. I relied on the information provided by your representatives, wasted time trying to complete the transaction, and now I might miss the promotion entirely.
