Vivense Still Hasn’t Refunded My Order After 2 Months of Waiting for Cancellation

I filed a complaint on Sikayetvar because I experienced issues with the cancellation and refund process for a purchase I made on vivense.com on October 6, 2024. Even after 13 days, the company still hasn't refunded me, and I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months now. I'm truly fed up, and I will never shop here again; they’ve completely disappointed me. I urgently request that my refund be processed, or else I will pursue my rights through legal channels.
