Vivense Return Delayed, No Return Code Provided Despite Initiation
Deliberate delay of the initiated return process and failure to provide the return code. I was contacted by Vivense customer service and informed that the return process for my order had been initiated. However, despite the time that has passed, the return code has not yet been provided. This effectively prevents me from exercising my right of withdrawal and constitutes an unlawful delay of the process. According to the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from delivery without any justification. Preventing the use of this right by delaying necessary steps results in consumer harm and is legally unacceptable. I request that the return code be provided to me immediately and that the return process be completed without further delay. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights accordingly.
