Vivense Solina Bedroom Set Delivery Delay Issue
I ordered the Solina bedroom set (order number 644c06877446) from Vivense on February 27, 2024. Despite 110 days passing, I still haven't received it. A month ago, the set arrived, but it was returned without installation because it was beige instead of white as shown in the images and many parts were broken. I've been struggling to get in touch with anyone from Vivense. After much difficulty, I managed to speak with someone who said the product was in the local warehouse but needed another order to be created by someone else to deliver it to my location. I can't believe such a well-known brand can treat its customers so poorly. If my order isn't delivered within a week, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action. This level of irresponsibility and lack of customer care from such a reputed company is unacceptable. I urgently request immediate resolution.

The email says that they are only dealing with delivery issues. It's been months; approach this with a different solution already, enough is enough.
We received a response saying that they would schedule an appointment for delivery via email and SMS, but we've been getting the same answer for about a month now. No one is scheduling an appointment for the product in the warehouse to reach us. All you are doing is stalling people.
