Don't Shop at Vivense! Poor Service, and Wrong Item

I recently made a purchase from Vivense, but they continuously postponed the delivery of my order. After numerous tries to reach customer service, it took a complete 2 months for my product to be delivered. Feeling annoyed, I chose to address the problem by submitting a complaint to Consumer Rights.

Upon receiving the product, I was surprised to discover that its dimensions were not as expected. They didn't send the full-sized item, but a miniature version that looked more like a toy than something practical.

After this experience, I have chosen not to shop at Vivense again due to feeling extremely disappointed. I must share this unfortunate experience with everyone to make sure they know what occurred.
