Vivense Delivered a Damaged Product and Still Has Not Arranged the Return




I placed an order with Vivense, but sadly, the product came damaged. Since I brought up the issue, everything has been moving at a snail's pace with no significant advancements. Vivense recognized the issue, yet they have not been able to arrange a return with Ceva Logistics, the delivery service they utilize. It's really frustrating to deal with such a significant delay for something that should be straightforward. Every time I reach out, I receive unclear assurances but no real follow-through. I anticipated a higher standard from a company that claims to be professional. The product remains here, untouched and in poor condition, while I continue to wait for a satisfactory resolution. This whole experience has really tried my patience and made me doubt their dependability.
