Vivense Eti Young Room Installation Failure

I purchased the Eti Young Room Set, a 3-door model (TX3-345), from Vivense, which was supposed to be delivered between June 28 and July 5. However, it was delivered today, July 9. The subcontracted company that came for installation refused to assemble the set because there were small items in the room. When we said we would remove the items in 5 minutes, they responded, "No, we can't wait, we'll leave, and you can have it installed tomorrow." When we then insisted they either take the products back since there would be no installation, they ran out of the building. Later, they falsely accused us of pushing them and pulling out knives. They orchestrated this to avoid installation and hit a parked car, forcing them to stop. We suggested they report it to the police and get a medical report to find any evidence of pushing or fingerprints. Upon learning that there were security cameras in the apartment, they left without filing any complaints. Trusting the Vivense name, we let unreliable subcontractors into our homes. I urgently request immediate intervention regarding this matter.
