I Received a Damaged Display Bedroom Set From Vivense With Missing Parts

On 22/05/2025, I purchased a bedroom set from Vivense. I agreed to buy a display item and even paid the delivery fee myself because the product had no defects—no broken or damaged parts, just a very small scratch. However, when the item was delivered on 31/05/2025, it had multiple broken sections, missing parts, and was handed over to me in that condition. I called the store, sent photos, and visited the branch yesterday to request a replacement. They told me, “We’ll fix it and glue it back together.” I said I didn’t want that and asked for my invoice. I stated that I couldn’t accept the product in this condition and would file a formal complaint, but I was forcibly removed from the store. I bought this product from a corporate company, yet I’m being mistreated by your branch. I demand that the item be either replaced or refunded. The hanging bars, screws, drawer body, and shelf were missing. I saw the shelf at the branch—they had broken it during disassembly and glued it back together, and they wanted to apply the same method to the entire set. Even if it was a display item, I purchased it as a fully intact product, and the one I saw in the store wasn’t broken. I ask that this situation be properly resolved.
