Vivense Charged Me for Installation Then Canceled It Without My Request

About 1 month ago, I ordered two cabinets from the Vivense phone application. Although they declared that there would be no installation fee for shopping through the application, they reflected an installation fee on the invoice. Subsequently, I sent their commitments to the company with screenshots and stated that this collection was not legal and that the installation fee should be refunded. Today the furniture was delivered, but I was told by the deliverers that the installation service was not included. I told him to wait and that I would contact customer service. He said that they were busy, that it would take 5 hours to assemble two cabinets, that there should be an order from the system and that even if there was such an order, I should wait at least 20 days within the business planning. After conversations, it became clear that the customer representatives were not going to be of any help anyway. I asked the company's customer representatives about the following issues, and I will follow up because I did not receive answers. 1) Why was the installation canceled without my request to cancel? 2) Why wasn't I informed about this beforehand, even though the installation was unfairly canceled? Since there was going to be a delivery, I removed the existing cabinets and my belongings were left out. 3) It is clear that a misleading transaction was established as if I had a cancellation request. Who/why did they commit the injustice of noting in the system that this request was made by me, contrary to my declaration of will? Customer reps only say that the transaction was made by me, but when I ask them to "look at the messages and check whether I have written such a thing," they cannot find this request because it does not exist! 4) The installation fee charged one month ago still has not been refunded, despite the fact that it was processed as if I had requested a cancellation. 5) Lastly, it is unacceptable to be taken for a fool. The delivery person was still at home when I asked the customer rep for a cancellation. She stated that these products were "customized products" and could not be returned. I asked that I did not make any special request, that these were general products, that the delivery was already in progress, and what kind of customization was being done. The customer representative stated that this situation was made to be signed by the customer in print within the contract articles. This is totally unacceptable.

I was called yesterday (Wednesday, December 24), and they committed to resolving the confusion and providing a solution for the installation as quickly as possible, promising to get back to me the same day. I requested urgency because my belongings are left out in the open, as I am waiting for someone from outside for the assembly. It is 4 PM today, and there is still no word from anyone. I just received an appointment for Saturday for the assembly on my phone, but there is no information regarding the refund of the unjustly charged fee, as was promised online under the free installation offer.
