Vivense Does Not Give Feedback For My Warranty Product

I bought a bed base from Vivense, but unfortunately, it started sinking in the middle due to a faulty installation. I contacted customer support through the call center, but I didn't hear back for an entire month. It's been a month since they let me know that they started the process to replace the broken and damaged parts. However, it's been almost 2 months now and I haven't received any further updates from them.

It has been 1 month since I wrote the complaint. It has been a total of 3 months since I reported the issue to the company. The representative who contacted me via email, supposedly to help, must have been assigned to stall and wear down the customer. Every responded email says, "The necessary parts have been procured, the assembly team will come as soon as possible," but that team never shows up. On the date they specify they will come, they make you wait at home for nothing, without considering if you have work or other commitments, ruining your day, and still, they do not come. This process continues in a vicious cycle, almost mockingly. I have never seen a company that mocks its customers so much and humiliates them, making them miserable with their own money. Those who are considering choosing this company should think carefully and know that they will not receive any post-sales support. The product being under warranty means nothing. Those who want to wait for months in the Consumer Court can shop from this company.
