I Report Defective Vitabiotics Immunace Tablet With Damaged Coating

I have been regularly using Vitabiotics Immunace supplements for years without issue. However, in the most recent box I purchased from a pharmacy, I noticed that one of the tablets had a damaged outer coating and the inside of the tablet had turned black. Despite storing the product in a cool, dry environment as recommended, encountering such a defect has caused me serious concern about the product's safety.

I purchased this product as part of a “Buy 3, Pay for 2” promotion at the pharmacy, and the supplement’s expiration date has not yet passed. This makes the defect even more troubling, as I have trusted this brand for years. I would like a clear explanation regarding what could have caused this issue and whether it poses any health risks.

I request that Vitabiotics investigate this matter and either replace the defective product or offer a full refund. Additionally, I expect detailed information about the quality control processes in place to prevent such occurrences.
