I Experience Severe Fatigue and Stomach Pain After Using Vitabiotics Immunace

I started using the Vitabiotics Immunace vitamin supplement two weeks ago, following my doctor’s advice. I trusted this brand to support my health, but instead, it has completely worsened my well-being. Since I began taking Immunace, I’ve been suffering from extreme fatigue, constant stomach pain, and severe nausea. These symptoms are disrupting my daily life and leaving me unable to function normally.

What’s worse is that this product isn’t covered by SGK (the Turkish social security system), meaning I paid for this out of pocket expecting quality and results, not to feel worse than before. I feel completely disappointed and frustrated, as I bought this supplement to improve my immune system, not to make my health worse.

I urgently request Vitabiotics to explain why their Immunace product is causing these side effects and what they will do to address this. I also demand that they review the product’s formula or warnings, so other consumers are not misled like I was. I expect a prompt and clear resolution.
